Can I switch from pooled keys to my own?
Yes, anytime, in Settings → Connections. The switch is immediate; the next call uses your key. Markup drops to 0% on that provider.
How is this different from Clay's credit system?
Credits roll over for 90 days (not monthly reset); markup is exactly 15%, shown openly; BYO keys drops markup to 0%.
What if a provider raises prices?
We pass through the new price + 15% and email you 14 days before, with a per-Playbook impact estimate. Pause, swap, or absorb.
How do agency markups work?
Agency billing is centralized at the Admin Workspace. Client usage is reported per client, while credits and invoices stay in the shared agency account.
